why I do this...
I believe the most powerful thing we can offer one another is honesty.
For a long time I thought I had to hide the messy parts to be worthy of the stage — that people needed a put-together version of me. The opposite is true. When I started telling the whole story, the parts I was ashamed of included, something shifted. People exhaled. They leaned in. They realized they weren't the only ones.
So that's what I bring to every room: transparency over performance, real stories over tidy ones, and a steady reminder that grace is bigger than our worst chapter. My goal isn't to impress your audience — it's to create a space safe enough for them to be honest, and warm enough for them to know, maybe for the first time, that they are fully known and fully loved by the Lord.
Whether someone leaves laughing, crying, or a little of both, I want them to walk away certain of one thing: they are seen, they are cherished, and they are not alone.
